Kim holds a doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership & Management from UWI, a Masters in Communications Studies from the University of Leeds and Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Kim enjoys volunteering and working in the community. Although she proudly hails from La Plaine in Dominica’s south-east, she currently lives in the quaint village of Cochrane in the Roseau Valley.
