La-Chelle Carter is a graduate of the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Her prospective career involves advocating on behalf of small island state interests within multilateral forums. She also aims to be fluent in French and to be active in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through cross-cultural missions. La-Chelle is an energetic young lady whose love of knowledge proves to be beneficial to her role in Create Caribbean.
