She is 21 years old and revels in her role as Research Assistant of the Create Caribbean Research Institute. In this capacity, Elleen particularly enjoys collaborating with and guiding the Interns with their day to day tasks. She attended the Convent High School, then Dominica State College where she graduated with Associate Degrees in English Literature, Psychology and French. Currently, she is a mentee of the Advancing & Inspiring Minds (AIM) Programme, which is a regional incentive aimed at fostering Personal and Professional Development of young West Indian women. She spends her free time agonizing at the world’s current events, listening to music or attempting to organize her life through Pinterest Boards. Elleen aspires to be a Bereavement Psychologist.  She is also an avid Makeup Enthusiast, and hopes to turn this hobby into a moonlight job in the future.
