Ms. Stowe studied Sociology &amp; Law and has taught Sociology, Law &amp; Policies and Life Skills courses at the Dominica State College. She has a keen interest in the rule of law, consumer protection policy and social research methods. Particularly, in the comprehensive development of consumer protection laws in the Commonwealth of Dominica that safeguards consumer interests.
